Where should I install Tag1 Quo?
In most cases, you’ll want to run Tag1 Quo on your production website. Using your live site will allow you to capture useful data about update history within Tag1 Quo.
If you initially installed Tag1 Quo on a non-production instance of your site for testing purposes, this instance may be associated with your license.
To change tracking to your production instance, there are two options:
- Adjust your license to the production instance. See Managing your Tag1 Quo Licenses
- Specify the Site ID for your production instance so that it matches the ID associated with the license. See Where can I find my Site ID? and How to define Tag1Quo configuration in
settings.php.
If your organization’s security policies do not allow Tag1 Quo to run in your production environment, use the environment-specific settings.php configuration to enable or disable reporting as needed.
